How does contactless vehicle pick-up work?
Once your booking is confirmed we send an email and SMS with a one-time PIN for the smart key box next to the car. At the box you enter the code on the keypad, take the keys, photograph the car from your phone and drive off — no waiting for staff.
When do I get the PIN?
The PIN is issued automatically before your booking starts and sent by email and SMS. It is valid from pick-up until the car is returned, with a time buffer — nothing to activate or cancel.
Is contactless pick-up safe?
Yes. The code is single-use, tied to your booking and its exact time window — outside it the box will not open. Access is logged and the car condition is covered by photos at both pick-up and return.
